Job Decription: Java Lead
Responsibilities:
● Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications
● Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the
applications
● Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance
● Understand user requirements and delivering high quality products that meet
business requirements.
● Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications
● Interacting with the Client or Onsite Coordinator.
● Mentor junior team members with the assistance of PM/Architect
● Proactive and detail-oriented, yet comfortable working in a dynamic environment with
fast paced deliveries and changing requirements

Required Skills and Experience:
● 6-10 years’ experience in Java-J2EE Development Extensive technical experience
and development expertise in Core Java, J2EE, Webservices, Spring, Hibernate, and
JPA.
● Good Knowledge in J2EE framework and data architectures.
● Experience working with and applying Design patterns to solve problems.
● Hands on experience in Tomcat and knowledge of Weblogic/Websphere servers
● Proficient in Java, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems
● Experience in the Spring MVC Framework , Spring Boot etc
● Solid understanding of object-oriented programming
● Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2,
Hibernate)
● Experience developing code in a popular Java IDE such as Eclipse
● Experience interfacing with back-end applications using SOAP, RESTful web
services, and JSON.
● Have a good understanding of UML & designing HLD & LLD as per requirements
● Creating configuration, build, and test scripts for Continuous Integration
environments
● Working knowledge of NOSQL/MongoDB, RDBMS, SQL and PL-SQL
● Experience with source code management techniques using Git and/or SVN.
● Familiarity with build tools such as Ant, Maven, and Gradle
● Experience Developing mobile applications is a plus
● Exposure on Agile Development using CI/CD, DevOps/Docker & Kubernetes
● Good knowledge on AWS cloud setup is a plus
● Worked on Agile Methodology

Desired Skills and Experience
● Technology: Rest Web Services, Java 8.0 , Hibernate, JPA ,SQL
● Framework : Spring, JPA
● App server: Tomcat (Preferred). Alternatives: JBoss, Weblogic, WebSphere
