Job Description:
Mandatory Skills :
Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management / Solution Architect
• Lead E2E OSS/BSS designs for a telecom product/portfolio area spanning across typical process lifecycles (e.g. Fulfilment, Assurance, Billing)
• Ensuring designs are in line with the wider IT strategy, leading, line-managing and developing teams, or managing people for specific tasks or projects, continual improvement in the quality and efficiency of designs.
  As RA expert 
 Understand and analyse the data formats of input streams from various systems like N/W elements (HLR, exchange switches), mediation system, Retail & interconnect billing system, Roaming ,Provisioning and CRM systems
 Define detection rules and metrics to identify and prioritize revenue leakage points
 Establish the Revenue Assurance process for regulatory compliance
 Define RA roadmap for the operator
 Fraud identification and reporting
 Qlikview Report development for Dashboard.
  Following are the Major KPIs at Telkom for Revenue Assurance :
 Negative Margin identification
 Free Resource Usage abuse
 Airtime transfer abuse(Fraud)
 Sim-Boxing Fraud
 Development TAP Adapters(Binary to ASCII converters)
 Customer Reconciliation
 Usage Reconciliation
 Roaming Reconciliations
 Subscription Fraud
  Implementation Includes :
 Talend ETL Job for data processing
 PL/SQL Procedure development for business logic and rules.
 Qlikview dashboard creation for reporting and daily/monthly trending
