Experience 5+ years

Application Performance Management (APM) Implementation Analyst - DYNATRACE / APPDynamics.
At least 5 + Year Experience, having good understanding and usage of the following
UNIX Shell scripting, REST API and Java.
In-depth understanding of Dynatrace/ APPDynamics license construct
Hands-on implementation experience in Dynatrace/ APPDynamics On-Premise and SaaS based solutions

Experience on Configuration and customization of Dynatrace/ APPDynamics solution
Should be able to gather the requirements from the customer, understand the requirements and work on design, coding and testing.

Performed POCs for showcasing Dynatrace/ APPDynamics capabilities.
Ability to integrate Dynatrace/ APPDynamics with various supported ITSM, CI/CD and QA/Performance Testing tools
Ability to create custom dashboards from the Dynatrace/ APPDynamics tool based on customer requirements
Strong knowledge of APM KPIs and reporting
Ability to deliver client PoC/PoV demonstrating tool benefit and capabilities
Ability to document resolved issues in an effective manner for knowledge management, cross-train peers with tool usage and assist in creation of best-practices,
Work independently on multiple assignments, proactively prioritizing focus and effort

Should be certified in anyone of the following Dynatrace Professional / Dynatrace Master/ APPDynamics Implementer / APPDynamics Administrator/ APPDynamics Performance Analyst

Good to have skills: Perl/ Python scripting, Core monitoring tools like Geneos, Nagios and DevOps
