Responsibilities:
Responsible for Cloud Managed Services, working in global culture and managing multiple teams in various technical domains to meet defined SLAs and delivery commitments.

Day to day queue management, focused on ageing of tickets and trends.

Ability to understand the technicality of the issues and act as catalyst in resolution of the incidents.

Management of Incidents, Changes, Releases and Service Request. Prioritization of these request as per the customer needs.

Chair cab meetings, prepare agenda ,approve changes.

Productivity improvement on repeatable tasks, process improvement and Escalation management, tracking and reporting.

Preparing and publishing snapshots / dashboards on key performance indicators on project health and individual performance in team.

Good exposure and experience of managing client engagement & communication.

Develop process documents, audit tickets for hygiene, derive/ devise service improvement plans. 

Effectively manages team members, including technical engineers and advisors, to ensure team objectives and sales goals are being carried out by providing better service.

Displays extensive working knowledge of industry standards and practices, including product details and company services offered.

Willing to work in 24/7 shifts.

 
Desired Skill Sets 

7+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Application Managed Services, handling multiple customers Hosted in Azure Cloud.

Experience with 24/7 shift and resource management.

Good Negotiation and Interpersonal skills.

Should possess excellent communication skills, inter personal skills, Customer Management, people /team management skills

Experience in understanding business requirements of an organization and aligning delivery to meet the business objectives

Good exposure to IT Infrastructure management tools & technologies e.g. Strong understanding of the ITIL processes - Incident management, configuration management, Problem Management, Service Requests, Change management, Release Management, capacity planning and service level monitoring

Experience with Service Now and Reporting tools.
