Job Responisbility:
Responsible for support and Implementation of Monitoring Solutions(App Dynamics, Nagios, Service trace, Dyna trace and In-build monitoring system) based on ALM tools which enables robust event monitoring across all strategic platforms and services, databases, networks, servers and others as well as Service Level Agreement and Business Impact monitoring
Responsible for End to End proactive system monitoring for 3 tier architectural design environment
Responsible for maintaining health of the environment by keeping the environment current with upgrades and patches and by troubleshooting and resolving issues with the associated GSEP environment tools based on collaborating with different vendor and operations team.
Ensure that the monitoring system will be updated after the set-up of new platforms and/or services
Participate and support troubleshooting and analysis processes in case the dimensioning services 
Responsible for providing updates to management for unexpected system behavior.
Responsible for test and evaluate new technology in monitoring systems.
Priorities and manage many open cases at one time
Responsible for writing scripts (shell, bash, perl, etc.) to execute monitoring tasks that are out of the scope and capabilities of the monitoring systems.
Engage with globally distributed multiple teams and support their needs
Ensure Service Operation Management in alignment with Daimler Operating Model

Requisites:
Extensive domain knowledge of Event Management, Software Configuration Management, Software Change Management.
Must have experience with monitoring tools like AppDynamics, Service trace and Dyna trace etc.
Must have experience in troubleshooting 3 tier architecture environment ( webserver, application server, database, network, OS)
Should have good troubleshooting skills for any web based applications and databases.
Good knowledge in Atlassian tools ( Jira, confluence, Bitbucket, crucible, bamboo and crowd) , Jenkins , Artifactory , SonarQube.
Requires demonstrated ability to analyze and diagnose complex real-world system issues in a high-pressure and time- sensitive environment
Should have working experience with Docker based environment monitoring.
Should have experience in doing the proof of concept for any monitoring system.
Good knowledge on Application and Database servers.
Linux/Perl/Ruby/Unix/python/Shell Scripts to handle complex automation/administration.
Needs experience with Agile development processes (Scrum / Kanban / Lean)
Willingness to learn new Tools/Technologies as par business requirements.
