JOB DESCRIPTION:
Project Manager (IT)
Primarily looking for project managers with infrastructure and product administration background.
8-12 years of experience in a IT project management (PM) especially in the areas of Data Services, Integration Services, B2B Services, and administration of the Products. Some of the areas/products include, but not limited to : Teradata Enterprise Data Warehouse (“EDW”), DataStage Extract, Transform, Load (“ETL”), SAP Information Steward, Business Objects Data Services, SAP Business Objects (“BOBJ”), IBM Cognos,, Enterprise Information Management (“EIM”) / Integration Competency Center (“ICC”) Integration and IBM Enterprise Service Bus (“ESB”)/IBM Integration Bus (“IIB”).
• Candidate should have experience in managing end to end upgrade/migration projects.
• Ability to prepare the project plan based on the requirements and track the milestone against target dates.
• Proactively identifies and addresses project strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats
• Advanced understanding of scope management, time management, and cost management.
• Coordinate with multiple technology teams and ensure to deliver the project tasks on-time.
• Effectively communicating overall project status to all stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, tactical, organizational, multi-tasking and administrative skills.
• Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in computers. Experience/knowledge in technical infrastructure, Data services, Integration services or product administration.
• Experience working with geographically remote/dispersed team (onshore/offshore team members).
