Job Description:
T.E - 5+ Yrs
Agile Scrum Master skills:
Expert in managing daily scrum, sprint grooming, sprint boards
Expert in communication both for within the team and to execs/leadership
Expert in identifying issues and roadblocks and working actively to overcome them
Intermediate technical understanding of AT&T data platform (Oracle, Cassandra, MongoDB), CDP (Kubernetes)
Agile Scrum Master and Technical project management skills.
Experience in DB technologies Technical understanding of AT&T data platform (Oracle), CDP (Kubernetes)
Good understanding of AT&T financial processes (Good To Have)
Mode of Work
Prioritized backlog and scheduling, accomplished through working with product owner
Team estimates
On-time delivery of product through coordination and verification of team plan execution
Status of work items, including risk log
Communication of status to team, client, and internal organization
Perform Daily Standups
Coordinate iteration grooming, estimating and readying
Report on scrum burn-down, velocity, and Kanban
Technical Skills:
Java
API and Data Platform solutions
Intermediate Java and Oracle DB development skills
Expert knowledge in Cassandra technology
Expert knowledge in JAVA development and database technologies (Oracle, Cassandra)
Expertise in architecting large-scale database systems
Expert level in dashboarding & reporting Experience with CI/CD, Agile Methodology, and DevOps
Expert level experience in NOSQL database technologies - Cassandra, MongoDB, Couchbase, Neo4J,
Redis database technology for standalone as well as deploying NOSQL databases in kubernetes based deployments
Expert level experience in Kubernetes, docker containers, Helm Charts and deploying data workloads
Expert in Java development experience and using NOSQL database solutions
Extensive Performance test experience of running database workloads in containers,
Intermediate experience in storage analysis of workloads running in container.
