3.    Should have prior experience in handling an Agile team
4.    Has hands on knowledge on Agile tools
5.    Should have good communication skills
6.    Should have a good understanding on the Technology and able to address individual/team queries - Exposure to AEM will be an added advantage
7.    Has worked on IT Dev/Support projects earlier
8.    Ideal person should be working as a Functional PM
