BETSOL is a fast-growing Denver based IT Company. BETSOL is looking for a cloud integration engineer. This is a hands-on position requiring solid technical skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Role Category: Team Leader Product Support Team (Technical) 

Key Purpose: As a team leader for Product Support team, you will be responsible for managing a small technical team, as well as carrying out hands-on technician duties.  

Role & Responsibilities:
Ensure team is able to deliver great customer service by meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Instill a customer service culture that exceeds expectations 
Develop team processes that promote efficiency and communication 
Measure and develop reporting on service delivery performance metrics including customer satisfaction surveys and the incident tickets 
Liaise with business units that have support service demands to understand their needs 
Should be responsible for supporting, coaching, developing and supervising group of employees in an operations environment 

Experience in Linux (RedHat, Centos, Ubuntu, Amazon Linux) Experience with Windows / Linux Server - managing users, services, firewall, applications 

Employment type: Full-time 

Location: Bangalore (Brigade software park - Banashankari)

24/7 Shift includes 2 days in a week will be off not necessarily on saturday & Sunday
