Job Positions:
1. Service Desk Analyst:
Experience in supporting Windows operating systems, Hardware and peripherals, and mobile devices. Basic application troubleshooting skills that are agnostic to application (application base access troubleshooting). Knowledge Documentation and updation.


Optional skillset:
Exposure In to ITIL OR ITSM Or "Incident management" or Incident or Snow or Servicenow or "Service now"
Exposure / Knowledge In to Exchange Outlook will be Preferred.

Note:
This Role Particularly Involves Voice Support.
