Please find the Job description for the position hiring:

 Hands-on experience in L2 - Production / Application Support with UNIX, SQL / Oracle, PL/SQL, Shell Scripting.
 Must have experience in Incident Management, Service Request, Change Management, Problem Management and ITIL Process.
 Experience in Investment Banking or BFSI domain  is preferred
 Should have experience in High Demanding and High Performing (24x7) rotational Application Support Env.
 Experience in working on support tickets and requests under service SLAs
 Should have knowledge in Control M, ITRS & AUTOSYS
 Must have good business communication and experience in handling global clients.
 An ability to apply structured thinking and provide solution for production issues.
 Take a proactive approach to work without close supervision
 Maintain personal effectiveness, embracing challenging deadlines, change and complex problem solving, approaching tasks with motivation and commitment
