Team Leader – SSGA India – Revenue Operations / Control & Oversight

Job Responsibilities:
Process

• Self-learn end-to-end Revenue Management Cycle (client account setup, account maintenance, monthly accrual, true-up, client invoicing, account receivable, etc.) of the company.
• Monitor all functions that affect quality, devise procedures to inspect and report timeliness and quality issues to Senior Management. Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing timeliness and quality data.
• To handle the reporting functions independently with minimum supervision; to work on critical billing dashboards/global reporting project with strict deadlines.
• To assist business on process improvement initiatives; identify opportunities for improving the efficiency of the process, ability to analyze process for re-engineering opportunities.
• Review & maintenance of current Standard Operating Procedures.
People
• Directing and mentoring people
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and planning for the resources etc.
Client Relations
• Establish good relationships with client onboarding team, Client Service Officer’s team, Relationship Manager’s team, Business Control & Auditors with whom the team will need to interact on a regular basis.
• Act as a liaison between internal and external auditors.
• Monitor the exceptions and work with business to resolve in a timely manner.

Key Skills Required
Knowledge

• Domain Knowledge of Asset (Investment) Management industry.
• Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods.
• Strong in Microsoft office tools (excel, word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Certification of quality control and hands on experience in any reporting tool (Tableau, Dashboard design applications) is a strong advantage.

Experience & Education
• Total work experience of 6 - 8 years
• MBA finance / Bachelors in Commerce
